    M1/M2 MacBook (2020 13" Air and 2020 13" Pro) does not support multi-display connectivity, though the rest of the dock's ports still work. Driving two displays above 4K@60Hz (e.g. dual 5K@60Hz or 6K@60Hz) requires both the monitors and the host to support DSC 1.2 and DP 1.4 HBR3 — the LG UltraFine 5K monitor specifically does not support DSC.
