About
A dual-output fork of the CS1924 with a hardware MST hub built into the switch itself, splitting a single DP 1.2 host stream into two independent outputs (one DisplayPort, one HDMI) without requiring daisy-chain-capable monitors. The tradeoff is bandwidth: pushing both outputs simultaneously drops resolution to dual WQXGA (2560x1600) or quad 1080p/1200p — full dual 4K@60Hz on both outputs at once is not possible. macOS treats the internal MST splitter as a single display and mirrors rather than extends across both outputs.
